When you are in a probate situation, you need a realtor who has experience, expertise, is professional, personable, flexible and a can-do attitude. My cousin passed away in CA. My cousin in WY and I who live in CO were appointed executors of the estate. Kim Ward and her staff proved to be one who guided us through challenges that were far from and above normal. She did not give up and kept driving to help us sell a condo. She did this and conquered crazy obstacles that were encountered. I cannot recommend her enough. Her attention to detail and ability to adapt are impeccable. All this with a smile and a pleasant attitude. She was invaluable to us. Because of her experience she had a quiver full of resources that were needed...appraisers, plumbers, general repair people, people to come in and take the contents of the property, cleaners, etc. All efficient and reasonably priced.
