PROBATE AND TRUST HELP

When I was unexpectedly faced with dealing with a family member's estate and probate I knew I would need a Realtor experienced in handling probate properties. I was immediately inundated with annoying phone calls and mailings from Realtor's soliciting my business. Kim Ward's office had mailed a very informative booklet with information regarding preparing a property for sale. They did not call/solicit my business, just sent this free mailer that really impressed me which I read from cover to cover. I began my research for a prospective Realtor and narrowed it down to two. Kim Ward was one of the two. At the same time my probate attorney offered to send me the names of a few Realtors he had worked with in the past if I had not found anyone on my own. I accepted his offer and was happy to see Kim Ward was on his list so that settled it for me. Kim and her staff were easy to work with throughout the process. They communicated regularly and responded to all calls and/or texts very quickly, They worked very hard to sell the property, which was a challenge because of the age requirement to live in this particular condominium complex. I also appreciated Kim's knowledge of the probate laws re listing and sale, none of which I would have known otherwise. Her advice and knowledge were very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
