Since 2014, Ashlie has been a corner stone of the Probate And Trust Help team, bringing dedication, expertise, and a passion for helping others. She is a San Diego State University graduate, earning her bachelor’s degree in 2010. Ashlie developed invaluable problem-solving, leadership, and management skills, along with a deep appreciation for the power of teamwork and collaboration in her previous career. These experiences laid a strong foundation for her success in real estate.

She began as our office assistant, gaining hands-on experience as a receptionist as well as handling research, and data entry. This role sparked her interest in the field, leading her to obtain her real estate license in 2017. Over the years she became a vital part of our team, earning respect for her strong work ethic, and unwavering dedication to clients and colleagues alike.

In 2023, Ashlie became Kim’s business partner, a milestone that highlights her exceptional contributions. Their complementary strengths have elevated Probate And Trust Help’s already outstanding service, ensuring every client receives unparalleled care.

Outside of work, Ashlie and her husband, Ray, enjoy spending their “free” time supporting their children’s school, art, and sports activities. As a loving family of four, they are always on the go, creating cherished memories along the way.

Kim brings over two decades of hands-on experience in real estate, complimented by a lifelong passion for transforming properties and building meaningful relationships. Her journey began in 1989 when she and her husband, Dave, started purchasing and renovating residential properties—all while raising four children. Through these experiences, Kim honed her critical thinking skills, mastered the art of multi-tasking, and developed a deep appreciation for nurturing relationships. With their children now thriving as independent adults, it’s clear these skills have served her well both personally and professionally.

In 1994, Kim took her passion for real estate to the next level by becoming a licensed real estate professional. Since then, she has drawn on her extensive industry knowledge to guide her clients through every step of their real estate journeys. For Kim, relationships are at the heart of her business. She shares,“My purpose throughout our time together is for us to build trust and, most importantly, for you to be absolutely thrilled with the help we provide.”

Kim’s positive outlook and “can-do” attitude define both her personal philosophy and her professional success. “When you truly love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work,” Kim says. “Helping others achieve their goals energizes and inspires me.”

Today, over 90% of Kim’s business is dedicated to helping estate representatives with the preparation, marketing, and sale of real estate. Her referral-based practice is a testament to the trust and satisfaction of the clients and colleagues she’s served over the years.

Laura is a licensed real estate agent who has worked with Kim since 2006. Laura’s role is to help make the process of selling a home run smoothly for our clients.

In a busy real estate firm with lots of multitasking going on, Laura points to the poster in her office. It’s the one of the duck gliding smoothly across the pond, while the legs under the water are paddling at breakneck speed. “That’s me” Laura says with a smile. “I want to make sure that our clients know they can count on me to get the job done no matter what. On the surface I remain calm, but underneath my legs are rapidly paddling.“

Laura has a busy life outside of work with her husband, three children and their spouses, and six amazing grandchildren. She is actively involved in her community and church affairs. Communication is one of Laura’s key strengths. “I know the importance of prompt and efficient communication,” Laura says. “that’s why we pride ourselves with keeping our clients informed and getting answers to their questions quickly.”
